Azusa is a city in Southern California that has grown rapidly over the past two decades. The city is close to the San Gabriel Canyon opening and east of the San Gabriel River. About 20 miles east of Downtown LA. It spans from Huntington Drive’s Lario Park & Staging Area to the Chase Bank at the corner of Barranca Avenue to the east. From the Roberts Canyon up north, the area trails down to arrow Highway. Several main thoroughfares like Foothill Freeway run across the city from Duarte to Glendora. The San Gabriel Freeway also acts as an entry point through the south from Vincent. The western edge of the town is lined with recreational facilities like Encanto Park and Santa Fe Dam Recreation Center. To the east, Azusa Pacific University, Dalton Park, and Citrus College are landmarks to signify the transition out of Azusa.
